The Corporate, Securities, Financing and Insurance Division consists of more than 60 attorneys and includes three departments:

• The Corporate and Securities Department, led by Nechama Brin.   
• The International Corporate and Securities Department, led by Ashok J. Chandrasekhar.
• The Corporate, Financing and Insurance Department, led by Rami Sofer.

The department provides its clients with comprehensive labor law legal services, from day-to-day legal counsel, preparation of employment agreements, and solutions for various labor problems and litigation, to advising and representing clients through organizational and contractual reorganizations. 

The Real Estate Department was founded in 1984 as part of the Dankner-Luskey and Co. law firm, and was expanded and further developed at the beginning of 2006, following the merger with Goldfarb, Levy, Eran & Co. The department, led by Levy Amitay and Avi Arad, is among Israel's leading and largest real estate departments.

The department accumulated extensive experience in the advancement of infrastructure and real estate projects, from the planning stages, through licensing and implementation. Because it has represented both governmental and private infrastructure corporations, the Department thoroughly understands the different perspectives and interests of the multiple parties involved in these transactions.

The firm's Tax Department is highly skilled and experienced in a wide variety of taxation matters, local and international, and plays an integral role in the firm's expertise in commercial and corporate transactions.

The department's team, led by Tal Atsmon, provides the firm's clients with legal opinions and assistance with respect to tax rulings and other arrangements vis-à-vis the tax authorities and other Israeli governmental bodies.  

We also regularly represent many smaller issuers and underwriters in all types of public offerings, including equity, debt, rights, convertible securities and offerings of dual-listed companies using foreign/hybrid disclosure documents. In addition, we counsel clients on the structuring, offering and day-to-day activity of mutual funds and other public pooled vehicles.

Goldfarb’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Department handles  a wide range of litigation, including court proceedings, arbitrations and mediations, and quasi-judicial and administrative proceedings before governmental ministries and authorities.
