The Labor Law Department, led by Ofer Ravid, has extensive experience in the field of labor law.

The department provides its clients with comprehensive labor law legal services, from day-to-day legal counsel, preparation of employment agreements, and solutions for various labor problems and litigation, to advising and representing clients through organizational and contractual reorganizations. 

Labor relations in Israel are highly regulated, and the advice of lawyers who specialize in this field is critical to employers and employees alike. Goldfarb’s Labor Law Department provides services to our clients in the field of employer-employee relations, with regard to both personal and collective bargaining relationships.  These services include the provision of ongoing legal advice and legal opinions, drafting of various types of employment agreements, consulting agreements and severance agreements, and the handling of all legal matters connected with employee hiring and termination, posting of personnel overseas, and company-wide downsizing measures.  In addition, we assist our clients in effecting the orderly transition of employer-employee relations in the event of changes in control, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions.  We represent clients before governmental agencies and all kind of litigation proceedings before Israeli labor courts and in ADR proceedings regarding employer-employee relations.
