The department accumulated extensive experience in the advancement of infrastructure and real estate projects, from the planning stages, through licensing and implementation. Because it has represented both governmental and private infrastructure corporations, the Department thoroughly understands the different perspectives and interests of the multiple parties involved in these transactions. The department represents some of the largest infrastructure corporations in Israel, as well as contractors, entrepreneurs, communications companies and owners of land rights, in their dealings with municipalities, various zoning authorities and relevant judicial tribunals.
