Corporate, Securities, Finance and Insurance Division

The Corporate, Securities, Financing and Insurance Division consists of more than 60 attorneys and includes three departments:

The Corporate and Securities Department, led by Nechama Brin.
The International Corporate and Securities Department, led by Ashok J. Chandrasekhar.
The Corporate, Financing and Insurance Department, led by Rami Sofer.

The Corporate and Securities Department

We also regularly represent many smaller issuers and underwriters in all types of public offerings, including equity, debt, rights, convertible securities and offerings of dual-listed companies using foreign/hybrid disclosure documents. In addition, we counsel clients on the structuring, offering and day-to-day activity of mutual funds and other public pooled vehicles.
