Rami Sofer

Rami Sofer heads the corporate and finance department, and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. His practice areas include commercial and corporate law, insurance law, financial services, infrastructure and energy.

Rami represents leading companies in both the Israeli and international market, in various aspects of their operations. He has vast experience in managing commercial transactions, investment agreements, international technology and equipment transactions, joint ventures and agricultural enterprises in Israel and abroad. 

Rami also represents various governmental bodies in complex BOT and PFI infrastructure projects, including establishing the legislative framework, dealing with zoning and construction procedures and with land expropriation as well as holding bids and collaboration with the winning bodies.
