Omri Kaufman is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Department. Omri specializes in constitutional and public law and handles plaintiff litigation, petitions, and arbitrations in the areas of tenders, antitrust and tele-communications, as well as business and civil disputes.  He also has extensive experience in civil rights issues, and oversees the firm's pro-bono activity.

  • 1998 - 1999 - Associate, Association for Civil Rights in Israel.
  • 1998 - Law Clerk, American Civil Liberties Union, Washington, D.C.
  • 1995 – Law Clerk, Israeli Supreme Court of, Chief Justice Meir Shamgar.
Activities: 

 

  • Omri is an active member of several professional committees, including the Israeli Bar Association's Courts Committee and the Israeli Bar Association's Civil Rights Committee.
  • 2006 – Present - board member of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel.
  • 1999 – Present - member of the management board of the Collage of Judaism as Culture.
  • 1999-2001 - Omri has taught administrative and constitutional law at the Radzyner School of Law at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzelia and at the Ramat gan college.
