Hagit Blaiberg

Hagit Blaiberg heads the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Department and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Hagit handles a variety of complex litigation, arbitration, mediation and regulation cases before all legal instances in Israel. Her cases include securities class actions, tender offers, antitrust and consumer protection, trademark and trade secret litigation, and internet law. Hagit has wide experience in achieving shareholders', security holders' and creditors' arrangements in various companies and fields, and often handles insolvency procedures (liquidation, receivership and stale of insolvency proceedings).

Hagit primarily represents many of the firm's Corporate and Securities Department’s clients, including telecommunications firms and traditional media outlet,  Israeli banks, domestic and foreign venture capital funds, one of Israel's leading textile manufacturers, a world-wide semi-conductor manufacturer, and a leading international internet-related company.

Hagit has been selected several times by Forbes and The Marker magazines as one of the ten most promising attorneys in Israel, and was ranked by Chambers & Partners as one of the up-and-coming litigation and dispute settling attorneys in Israel.
