Adam M. Klein is a partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department.  He handles a variety of Israeli and cross-border corporate and finance transactions, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, PIPEs, corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, and private equity and venture capital investments. 

Adam counsels many Israeli NASDAQ-listed companies on their corporate and securities law requirements, as well as overseas companies on their business, investment and M&A activities in Israel.  He has handled some of the largest M&A transactions and public offerings that were done in Israel in recent years.

   1992 - 1999 - Associate, Corporate and Financial Services Department, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, New York.

Activities: 
  • Advised the Ethics Committee of the Israeli Baronthe topic of rules of conduct for attorneys under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.    
  • Crafted the first Shareholder Rights Plan ("Poison Pill") for an Israeli company.
  • Lectures to professional audiences on a variety of legal topics.
