Adam M. Klein
Adam M. Klein is a partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department. He handles a variety of Israeli and cross-border corporate and finance transactions, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, PIPEs, corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, and private equity and venture capital investments.
Adam counsels many Israeli NASDAQ-listed companies on their corporate and securities law requirements, as well as overseas companies on their business, investment and M&A activities in Israel. He has handled some of the largest M&A transactions and public offerings that were done in Israel in recent years.
Adam has been ranked as a leading lawyer in Israel in the areas of M&A and/or Capital Markets by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, Who's Who Legal, Best Lawyers and PLC Lawyers.
