Daphna Tsarfaty is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Department.Daphna represents clients in class actions, including securities and consumer claims, represents Israeli and foreign clients in commercial disputes, and handles corporate reorganizations per Section 350 of the Israeli Companies Law, including mergers, spin-offs, bond modifications, and tender offers. Daphna also has extensive experience handling disputes involving internet and trade mark law.
