Ido Zemach
Ido Zemach is a partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department, and a member of the firm's intellectual property-licensing practice. Ido specializes in corporate transactions and has been engaged in many high-profile matters that include cross-border transactions and takeover defense work. Ido counsels public and private clients in general corporate and securities laws compliance matters, and handles various types of international transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, public offerings, venture capital investments and technology licensing transactions in Israel, the US, Europe, the Far East and Australia. Ido co-crafted the first "special" tender offers launched following the adoption of the new Israeli Companies Law, for an Israeli NASDAQ listed company and for a dual-listed company. In addition, he co-authored the Israeli chapter of Leniency Regimes (European Lawyers, Second Edition), and publishes professional articles in the media from time to time.
