Tal Atsmon

Tal Atsmon heads the Tax and Employee Compensation Department and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Tal provides legal advice on complex Israeli and international tax matters in a wide range of local and foreign transactions, among which are mergers and acquisitions, investments, reorganizations and joint ventures, public offerings and private placements of equity, securities and other financial products. Tal also engages in local and international tax planning for Israeli and foreign corporations, and individual tax planning for high net worth individuals. Tal specializes in the trust field for the purpose of tax planning and the planning of family wealth.

Tal also advises on all matters related to employee benefits, including the structuring of option plans and other benefit plans, taxation and securities. 

Tal represents some of Israel's most prominent public and private companies, Israeli banks, Hi-Tech companies, starting from the establishment stage up to the issuing stage and beyond, and high net worth individuals. He also represents some of the largest American and European public and private companies, which invest in the Israeli market, as well as international banks that are active in Israel and foreign trusts connected to Israel.
